Not your typical writer, Chris Hertzog has a CPA and currently is the Director of Tax Services for the industry leader in his field of expertise.

His first published works have been based on decades of role playing game experience. As a fan of the Dungeons and Dragons game since the 70’s, he plays with his son and others in multiple campaigns.

His first stories originally began as an idea for a campaign but became so much more until it could no longer be contained to the role-playing table.

In between building worlds and doing taxes, he likes to explore the world around him. From hiking up mountains to water skiing. From the beauty of the Greek isles to the mystery of Stonehenge, Chris loves to see and feel firsthand.

Almost forgetting to pull his chute in a skydive (dazed by the incredible view from 13,000 feet) to almost falling off two mountains, Chris doesn’t let anything hold him back.
